2011 Fantasy Football Scouting Report: Andre Johnson, WR, Houston Texans

2010 Stats
  86 rec. / 1,216 yds.
   8 TDs
2011 Projected
  91 rec. / 1,435 yds.
   12 TDs

Johnson is one of the most reliable fantasy football wide receivers in the NFL and should be even better in 2011. Johnson battled an ankle injury in 2010 that forced him to play hobbled in a handful of games and miss three games. A healthy Johnson is good for nearly a touchdown and 100 yards receiving each week. The emergence of running back Arian Foster should help keep opposing defenses more honest and open up more opportunities for Johnson. Another positive for Johnson is he has stability at quarterback in Matt Schaub. The duo has been together for four seasons and has connected on 33 touchdowns and more than 5,000 yards. Johnson and the Texans have a favorable schedule ahead and is safest pick among wide receivers in 2011.
