Pat Devlin, Delaware (6'3" 225 lbs.)
Positives: He has a reasonably strong arm, but not exceptional. Throws with great accuracy and displayed good touch on his deep throws. Very good managing games, threw just three interceptions last season. He has great mechanics and gets rid of the ball quickly. He has good footwork and solid presence in the pocket.
Negatives: He needs to work on becoming a consisent performer. He has a tendacy to give up on plays too soon and checks down to underneath receivers. Playing against non-BCS school while at Delware will hurt his draft status. He's considered a project for any NFL team that drafts him.
Latest: He had an up-and-down throwing session at the Combine. He proved he is a rhythm passer who would fit best in a west coast offense system.
