Titus Young, Boise St. (5'11" 175 lbs.)
Positives: He's a heady player who has a good field presence. He's a solid route runner and finds the open areas of the field extremely well. He's more quick than he is fast, but has the ability to get behind defenders. He will be a valuable return man in the NFL, returning both punts and kickoffs. Despite his 5'11" frame, he's tough to tackle.
Negatives: At 175 pounds, he's on the small side for an NFL receiver. He has a tendency to drop too many catchable balls. He needs to prove to teams his character concerns are the past. He missed most of the 2008 season due to suspension.
