Ricky Stanzi, Iowa (6'4" 220 lbs.)
Positives: He's a very accurate passer, who has improved his throwing motion over the years. He's a very good leader who understands how to be a game manager. He played in a pro-style offense at Iowa and might be the most NFL-ready quarterback in the 2011 NFL draft.
Negatives: He doesn't possess the arm strength that the top quarterbacks in this draft have. He needs to work on his footwork. Not a lot of upside, what you see is what you're going to get.
