2010 Stats | 60 rec. / 944 yds. | 9 TDs |
2011 Projected | 77 rec. / 990 yds. | 8 TDs |
Manningham took advantage of his opportunity to play more in 2010 and rewarded the Giants with a career year. The third-year wide receiver finished last season with 60 catches for 944 yards and nine touchdowns. Manningham's stellar season included a three-game stretch to close out the season where he caught 16 passes for 346 yards and four touchdowns. New York has a solid running game, a very good number one wide receiver in Hakeem Nicks and quarterback Eli Manning in the prime of his career - there is no reason Manningham shouldn't have success again in 2011. Look for Manningham to overtake Steve Smith as the starting wide receiver in New York and consider Manningham a solid number two fantasy football wide receiver.
