2010 Stats | 51 rec. / 960 yds. | 5 TDs |
2011 Projected | 56 rec. / 980 yds. | 6 TDs |
Knox found success in Mike Martz's offense, finishing the 2010 season with 51 catches for 960 yards and five touchdowns. His numbers aren't gaudy, but he does have big play potential and a quarterback in Jay Cutler who can throw the ball deep. Knox is entering his third season, which is long believed to be the most important year in the development of a wide receiver. Either Knox is going to take his game to the next level or he'll remain where he is and be a mediocre NFL receiver. With his big play ability and now one year under his belt in Martz's offense, consider Knox a solid number three fantasy football wide receiver - with the potential to be a low-end number two fantasy football WR.
