Lynch's career was resurrected last season after he was traded to Seattle. In 12 games with the Seahawks, Lynch finished with with over 500 yards and six touchdowns. He also proved he can carry the load for the Seahawks with his 131 yard rushing performance against the New Orleans Saints in the playoffs, which include a spectacular 67-yard touchdown run. However, he followed up that performance with a atrocious game where he rushed for two yards on four carries against the Chicago Bears. Much like the Seahawks as a team, Lynch is far better at home than on the road - something to keep in mind when adding him to your starting line-up. Last season, the Seahawks tried to make Justin Forsett their every down back, but that didn't work which is why they brought in Lynch. Look for Lynch to shoulder the load this year (a contract year for him) and watch for Forsett to be a fill-in player and third down back.
